Challenge:

In today’s holiday house rent market it is difficult to stick out of the crowed. Everyone has a transparent profile on airbnb or homeaway and beautiful pictures that will make customers want to spend all year at a potential place. How can you do the unexpected in a saturated market and stick out?

Solution:

We have all seen wonderful places. But looking at a customer journey of house rental made us quickly realize that the place itself is only a small portion of the customer experience. We developed a corporate design & process that will not only inform the customer about everything he or she would want to know, it also provides a consistent appearance throughout the experience. We used print and web development to deliver these information and emotions.
